Ethical practices
POSCO FLOW carries out ethical management with integrity, fairness and trust.
We will become a trusted company that leads ethical management.
Today, society is calling for businesses to not just pursue economic gains, but to go beyond and be companies that are trusted by people, creating social value based on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) management. In line with the trend, ESG management has become a measure of corporate reliability, going beyond sustainable management.
Thus, POSCO FLOW seeks to grow into a global logistics service provider trusted by people, based on ethical management and the management philosophy of Sustainability, pursuing the value of consideration for others, harmonious co-existence, and inclusive growth, while growing together with our stakeholders that consist of customers, suppliers, partners, communities, and employees.
Ethical management is built on the philosophy of doing everything the right way, meaning working transparently and fairly with respect for, and consideration of others based on three values: substance, execution and practical interests.

So far, POSCO FLOW has strived to carry out various ethical practices through voluntary participation of employees based on our founding spirit, Sustainability: Building a Better Future Together, and the code of ethics.
Following these activities, POSCO FLOW will make our best efforts as a leader of ethical management in making a great company to work for that is trusted by people.
To that end, I’d like to ask our employees to embrace ethical management voluntarily and do your best so that we can become a company strongly trusted by people.
Thank you.
