Human Rights Violation Reporting

Reports concerning general human rights issues include the following types of human rights-related grievances arising within the Company, its subsidiaries, and its supply chain.

General Human Rights Issues

Non-discrimination in Employment
  • No discrimination is made based on individual characteristics such as race, gender, age, disability, or nationality in employment, and equal opportunities are provided.
Guarantee of Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining
  • Workers' freedom of association and collective bargaining rights are guaranteed, and unfair treatment due to union activities is prohibited.
Prohibition of Forced and Child Labor
  • Forced labor and child labor are prohibited, and all workers are guaranteed the right to work of their own free will.
Guarantee of Industrial Safety
  • Workplace safety equipment and facilities are maintained, and essential protective gear is provided to ensure industrial safety for workers.
Responsible Supply Chain Management
  • Management is in place to prevent cases of human rights violations such as forced labor and child labor in the supply chain.
Protection of Local Residents (including Indigenous Peoples)
  • Opinions are collected to prevent human rights violations in local communities due to the company's business activities, and the impact on the local environment, residents' safety, health, and economic activities is considered to minimize human rights violations.
Guarantee of Environmental Rights
  • Legal standards related to environmental protection are observed.
Protection of Consumer Rights
  • Products and services that do not threaten consumers' health are provided.

The confidentiality of individuals seeking consultation or submitting reports will be protected, and responses will be provided promptly after the necessary procedures are completed.

※ Please note that reports falling under the following categories may be excluded from investigation.

  • Reports related to employees’ private lives or personal disputes in which the company cannot intervene
  • Reports submitted for improper purposes or accompanied by requests for preferential treatment related to the reported matter
  • Groundless or malicious reports, false statements, or one-sided allegations made to defame others

Reporting Methods

Reports may be submitted through various channels, including the online reporting center, mail, telephone, or in-person visits.

Reporting Instructions

Include the personal information of both the whistleblower and the violator, along with comprehensive details of the violation covering who, what, where, when, why, and how.
